Guarantee
All new machinery products carry a 12 Month Back To Base Guarantee against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise. Accessories, optionals and Wear & Tear Items (i.e. Valves, Seals, Bearings, O'Rings, rubber components, etc.) are not covered by the Guarantee. For the appliances equipped with Engine (like Pressure Washers), the warranty is provided by the retrospective manufacturer. Honda, Briggs & Stratton and Lombardini use authorised repair centres throughout the Country.
Returns
Under Distance Selling Regulations you have a 14 day cooling off period for returning goods. When the goods are used you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and therefore will not be returnable unless faulty. Items shall be returned at the customers expense. The product must be complete with all original packaging and in a condition that is re-saleable.
We acknowledge your right to return goods that are not fit for purpose. If goods are defective, not of satisfactory quality or mis-described, they would be repaired or replaced in accordance with consumer rights and the Sale of Goods Act. Goods that are defective are returnable at the businesses expense.
Business to Business transactions are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations.
